JUNIOR TAPS & TUTUS

This fun and imaginative combo class introduces young dancers to the fundamentals of both ballet and tap. Through age-appropriate choreography and creative movement, dancers build coordination, balance, rhythm, flexibility, and overall strength. The class is designed to support motor skill development while fostering confidence and a love for dance.
Dancers will train in both ballet and tap throughout the season but will perform only one style in the recital, alternating each year to ensure exposure to both styles on stage.
JAZZ
JUNIOR JAZZ
Thursday 6:45-7:30 PM (Summer)
This energetic and engaging class introduces dancers to the fundamentals of jazz technique, including kicks, turns, jumps, and stylized movement. Dancers will build strength, flexibility, and confidence while learning fun, upbeat choreography set to age-appropriate music.
Jazz is perfect for dancers who are ready to bring sharpness, style, and personality to their movement — all while developing strong foundational skills to grow with.
HIP-HOP
JUNIOR HIP-HOP

This high-energy class introduces young dancers to the basics of hip hop in a fun, kid-friendly environment. Dancers will learn age-appropriate movements, grooves, and combinations while building rhythm, coordination, and confidence.
Set to upbeat, clean music, this class encourages self-expression and teamwork — all while getting dancers moving and having a blast on the dance floor!

Step into the spotlight! This expressive and high-energy class blends dance, acting, and character work to bring Broadway-style storytelling to life. Dancers will learn choreography inspired by musical productions while developing stage presence, facial expressions, and theatrical movement. Whether jazz-based or character-driven, each routine helps dancers grow in confidence, performance quality, and showmanship.

Lyrical dance blends the grace of ballet with the emotion of contemporary movement, allowing dancers to tell stories through expressive choreography. In this class, dancers will focus on fluidity, control, and connection to music while building strong technical foundations in turns, leaps, extensions, and transitions.
Dancers will be encouraged to explore artistry, emotion, and individuality, all while growing their strength, flexibility, and performance quality. Ideal for dancers who want to deepen their connection to movement and music.

Formerly know as Dance Squad
*A Technique or Jazz class REQUIRED as a co-requisite for enrollment*
Dancers in this high-energy class will train in precision jazz technique with an emphasis on sharp movements, clean lines, and dynamic formations — all accented by the use of poms. This class builds strength, stamina, and musicality while enhancing performance skills and group synchronization. Dancers will develop strong fundamentals in kicks, jumps, and turns, and work on routines designed to wow with visual impact and team unity.
TECHNIQUE CLASSES
STRETCH, TURN, LEAP
This focused technique class is designed to improve dancers' flexibility, balance, and power through dedicated training in three foundational elements of dance. Dancers will work on deep, effective stretching to increase range of motion, refine their turning technique for control and consistency, and build strength and height in leaps. This class supports growth across all styles.
TECHNIQUE/CONDITIONING
Dancers will build strength, flexibility, and technical precision in a safe and supportive environment. Dancers begin with dynamic stretching and conditioning exercises to enhance endurance and mobility, followed by focused instruction on proper technique and execution of foundational skills. Emphasis is placed on alignment, control, and injury prevention, with structured cooldowns to support recovery and long-term progress.
