Autopay is required for all regular weekly classes. Families will be prompted to enroll in autopay during online registration. An invoice will be issued for all charges posted to your account. It is the account holder’s responsibility to maintain current and valid payment information. If we are unable to process the payment method on file, we will contact you to update your information.

Tuition and multi-class discounts are based on the total number of classes taken per family.

Examples: 

• Sally Smith is enrolled in Taps & Tutus, Jazz, and Lyrical. The Smith family will receive the applicable multi-class discount on the third class. 

• John Doe is enrolled in Hip-Hop while Jane Doe is enrolled in Lyrical and Jazz. The Doe family will receive the applicable multi-class discount based on the family’s total number of classes. 

Tuition is posted to accounts on the 15th of each month for the upcoming billing cycle. Families may make payments through the Parent Portal before autopay is processed on the 1st of the month.

Please note that a 3% surcharge fee will be added to all online payments processed through the Parent Portal, including manual payments and autopay transactions, in accordance with our payment processor’s current system settings. All unpaid balances remaining on the account as of the 1st will be automatically processed using the payment method on file. If a payment fails to process, the family will be notified and prompt repayment will be required. A 10% late fee will be added to unpaid balances after the 10th of the month. Accounts with balances overdue by 30 days may not attend classes until the account has been brought current. Accounts unpaid for 45 days may result in automatic unenrollment from classes. Re-enrollment, if space remains available, will require all past due balances to be paid in full along with a $45 registration fee.

Students with outstanding balances may not participate in Picture Day, Recital, costume distribution, or other special events until the account is paid in full. Please note that recital tickets are non-refundable.

Payment policies, fees, and billing procedures are subject to change at the discretion of Attitude Dance Center.
